Class Descriptions

FLOW + RESTORE

Begin class with a slow and mindful flow, suitable for all levels. Mid-way through class, you will be transitioned into a supportive, restorative practice. The moving practice prepares the body for deep rest and renewal.


MIXED LEVEL FLOW YOGA

This class is based on sun salutations, and a flow from posture to posture tied to the breath.  Modifications of postures are always offered to accommodate all levels; allowing both beginning and advanced students the opportunity to enjoy a satisfying, accessible, and energetic practice.


BARRE WORKOUT

A low-impact but highly effective exercise routine that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. By targeting your muscles through isometric movements, barre is an effective way to build total body strength and improve your flexibility.


MAT PILATES

This mat-based Pilates workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body strengthening & awareness. The class will lengthen and strengthen the muscles while giving you a full body workout. 


CHAIR YOGA

A practice that is beneficial to all. In these classes you will use the support of the chair to arrive in yoga poses, move, breathe & ultimately feel good! Benefits of chair yoga include increased mobility, strength, flexibility, stress & pain reduction, and relaxation.


SENIOR STRENGTH

We will focus on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.


RESTORATIVE YOGA

An excellent pathway to quiet the mind and calm the body. With the use of props such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets, restorative postures release tension and encourage surrender into a deeper sense of relaxation and stillness. Restorative yoga classes are perfect for all levels of experience, and stages of flexibility.


CARDIO DANCE

A 45-minute, nonstop cardio party, featuring fun, easy-to-follow dance cardio moves, and toning exercises, too. No dance experience required! Get ready to sweat, shake, and smile for days! All you need is a pair of sneakers and an open mind. Our powerful message of body-inclusivity is all about self-acceptance and celebration! All are welcome - come join the party!


YOGA NIDRA

Also known as “yogic sleep,” is a deep meditation that uses a variety of techniques—including guided imagery and body scanning—to aid relaxation and offer balance and healing in the body and mind. Practitioners can expect to leave the practice feeling restored and rejuvenated. Perfect for all levels.
